Photos From This Past Weekend

This is from my Friday evening walk after work. I did 2 miles before eating dinner and after walking Jernee, and getting her and Zumi fed. Friday, March 21, 2025. Photo Credit: Tremaine L. Loadholt
This is also from my Friday evening walk after work. This is going to be a new Korean BBQ spot right across from my apartment building. Friday, March 21, 2025. Photo Credit: Tremaine L. Loadholt

Zumi is such a greedy tortoise. We celebrated its “Gotcha Day” on Sunday, March 23, 2025, as the 23rd of March of last year was when I brought this little cutie home. However, this photo is from Saturday. Saturday, March 22, 2025. Photo Credit: Tremaine L. Loadholt
Saturday evening would not have been perfect if I had not gotten a shot of the Queen. LOL! Jernee was resting and knocked down her pillow moving around too much in her bed. Saturday, March 22, 2025. Photo Credit: Tremaine L. Loadholt
Sunday morning workout. On this day, I exercised the longest I’ve done so in a couple months. I did an hour. I typically do 35-45 minutes most weekends in the fitness room. Sunday, March 23, 2025. Photo Credit: Tremaine L. Loadholt
Sunday night capture. Jernee loves a good sniff around the grassy areas, and this seemed like the perfect capture, so I snapped a photo. Sunday, March 23, 2025. Photo Credit: Tremaine L. Loadholt

This past weekend gifted me a bit of peace, rest, time to read, and some beautiful weather in which to walk. I am happy the weekend was kind to me. But again, it was not long enough. LOL! I hope the week ahead will be a blessing to each of you. Thank you for stopping by!

Have you gotten your copy of my new book: a collection of serial tales & flash fiction, Séduire (E-Book and Paperback) yet?

Sunday Instagram Post

Because nature walks make me so happy.

“This morning, I walked until the trail ended; 2.5 miles. And I enjoyed every breezy moment of it! Nature walks are one of my favorite things in life.

If you can get out and breathe in some fresh air this morning before you officially start your day, do it.

Happy Sunday, beautiful people!”

I had such a wonderful day today. I hope all of you did, too. Peace and blessings.

I decided to walk the trail behind my apartment building, and I fell in love with it!

This trail has so many twists and turns, and it seems to go on forever. I walked about two miles this morning, and next weekend, I’ll go a bit farther down the trail and see how long it goes.

I’ve found a new happy place, beautiful people, and I’m excited about this! I may even start skating down and along the trail as well.

Happy Sunday, folks! Enjoy it to the fullest!
