I bought a smart watch/tracker for my workout routines. I walked 2.31 miles, and then right after it, I did a little over 20 minutes on the treadmill. I’ve set a goal of 10,000 steps per day, and I’ve consistently exceeded it by at least 4,000 steps every day since. Photo Credit: Tremaine L. Loadholt
My dish for our company Thanksgiving luncheon: seafood salad. What’s in it? Tuna, jumbo & colossal shrimp, crab meat, boiled eggs, onions, mayo, pasta shells, sweet relish, and various seasonings. Yes, it was a H I T! Photo Credit: Tremaine L. Loadholt

I purchased a scalp massager from my loctician when she was done with my hair. This tool has truly become one of my favorite things to use for massaging my scalp & keeping my locs from combining or curling into one another. I have curly/wavy hair, so that can be an issue for locs. Photo Credit: Tremaine L. Loadholt

The girls: Stacey-Lou, Bella-Rue, and Rylee-Blu, my best friend, Mook’s Boston Terriers. She sent a video of them watching TV to me, and I snapped a screenshot to capture them in a freeze-frame photo. I love these little rascals, and I was able to see them on Saturday, November 15, 2025. Throwback cooking: I purchased a small can of Crisco All Vegetable Shortening because I was feeling nostalgic, and I’m glad I did. My fish tasted like crispy heaven, and my cheese grits were absolutely delicious! Photo Credit: Tremaine L. Loadholt
a late lunch, early dinner after a day of work; overtime was easy to get, needed the distraction.
a full belly clapped in appreciation, my legs buckled twenty minutes after–naptime knocked at my temples, rest found me in a zone.
I needed the food. I needed the sleep.

I visited my cousin in the hospital; he’s still waiting for a heart. I don’t like hospitals; they give me the heebie-jeebies. But I love him, so I’ll keep visiting him until I don’t have to. I was most uncomfortable in that chair. Saturday, June 07, 2025. Photo Credit: Tremaine L. Loadholt

Because I am a H U G E fan of the first The Accountant movie, I watched The Accountant 2, and I loved it. It’s not as good as the first one to me, but it is DEF worth watching. I’ll watch it again this weekend, simply because I love Braxton, and it’s most interesting noticing some of the same quirks I have and do depicted in the main character, Christian Wolff. This past weekend didn’t last long enough. I was happy to catch up with fellow blogger, fiction and poetry WP phenomenon, K.L. Laettner. She doesn’t post on WordPress nearly as much as she used to, but you can still peruse her website. Also, check out her books, too! Jernee and Zumi were a TIME! But I do enjoy their company. They keep a smile on my face. I pray this week will be more than kind to all of you!
