I’m the same way, I like it when others are around but I really don’t need anyone but myself. I’ve learnt to be self reliant because when I do let someone in they usually disappoint me and don’t live up to my expectations. It sounds a little mean but it is what it is lol.

When you get older, you’ll get less expectations that are what you would like for others, and understand most people will not come equipped with what YOU’LL need for them to pour into you, but some will work well with your personality and mesh with you perfectly. Hang on to those people. 💙❤️💜

Thank you and I think so too, I already have less expectations. I think the things is that I put a lot into a relationship and feel like I should get that back but I also know it’s not fair to expect so much from someone. I’m a bit of a mess sometimes lol. But it’s fine. It’ll get better over time 💖
