I walked 45 minutes during my lunch break

All right! This is awesome! I miss walking down a long hill at my previous gig during lunch. I would walk down and back up, and then around our office’s parking lot, and clear it in about twenty minutes. It was a great workout. I do still walk around my complex here at home, but not during lunch. I’m glad you got the chance to do that!

Two of my grandchildren were on mid-winter break so I got to hang out with them. Always a good day.
