You’re becoming aware of the discomfort now that you’re counting the days to a more reasonable safety. Lie on your back on a carpet, knees bent, feet to your bum, arms crossed clutching your shoulders. As the muscles relax, let the arms down to the sides and stretch out the legs. It should help.

Thank you, Petru! I have some other stretches to do as well. This is one of them. I’ve also taken the opportunity to sit down more at work whenever I can and my coworkers are relieving me a bit more. This is helping.

I went to the doctor on Tuesday. It’s all the standing on a hard surface I’ve been doing for the last 5 months to screen patients. Prayerfully, that’ll be over soon.
