Because hurt people hurt people or maybe the perpetrator sees your strength, envies it and wants to destroy it because they covet it.
Even the strongest people have breaking points tho.

The bullies of the world have to be shown they can’t get away with it. Dealing with one such right now!

What’s scarier is that they can often be close to you in relationship and they may not know how their behavior directly affects you. It’s a bit harder to deal with when that’s the case. Good luck!
