Seriously, for three months I ate only fresh fruit, Greek Yogurt and eggs. I lost 12 pounds. That’s more than I planned. I need to get back to slightly more consistent food. Yours is perfect.

Thank you! With a change in my diet and consistently working out 2-4 times per week since last November, I am down 21 lbs. I want to lose 9 more.
I enjoy cooking and I love eating, so I must cook and have a well-rounded diet as well. 😂🤣😆
