Every Tuesday, I will share a favorite photo I’ve taken within the week with all of you. This week, it is . . . Jernee’s Box. I will go into depth with this one just a little. Jernee is getting older–she’ll be 16 on April 06, 2024, and I am a preparer by nature.
Therefore, my very GOOD friend Zainey had this small box made for me last year by an Alaskan artist, and I intend to use it for Jernee’s ashes when she has been cremated. I think the box is perfect and is themed appropriately to hold my baby’s remains when that day comes.
I just wanted to share this with all of you. Stay tuned for next Tuesday’s snapshot.

The box is beautiful, hard to think of when the day you might need to use it. My grand puppy is only seven years old now, but I have been through that experience with my own dogs in the past, not easy. 🙏🏾

Aww, thanks for always being so receptive of her. I’ve been sharing her for so many years now in this blogosphere, it’s going to feel pretty weird whenever the day comes that I share she’s no longer with us.
I’m definitely going to need time away for a spell, that’s for sure. ❤️💜💙

Thank you! Oh, but such is life, and I’ve had so many beautiful years with her. I have some awesome memories. I know the day will come, and I will be okay with that; I’ll struggle through it, but it’ll happen. She’s been such a fantastic girl.
