When I ate poorly as a student, my body would crave a salad. Now I eat plenty of salads and my body craves a cheeseburger.

One of the best things for me about living in Israel is that there are so many kosher hamburger joints around – so I can eat hamburgers as often as I want (like a regular person)!
I still remember when my daughter had her first hamburger with me – best hamburger ever!

Years ago, I went many years without a burger, then one day, after yoga class, I had an incredible craving for a burger. Strange timing! 😂 I don’t eat red meat now, but I do remember that unexpected craving!

Funny! When we have those strong cravings, I think our bodies are telling us what we need. Cookies every day for breakfast might be a stretch though. haha I can relate to changing tastes.

I would do just about anything for a big greasy cheeseburger! It’s been too long, and now you’ve got my stomach growling, trE! 😀 My extremely rural area doesn’t have Five Guys, but a Sonic double cheeseburger with jalapenos fits the bill for me. 🙂
