  • I’ve always been so grateful in being a man. We have it easy! I appreciate, although can never fully understand, all the difficulties and extra burdens that you ladies have to endure in all aspects of your lives. Menstruation, perimenopause, and menopause is still a taboo subject in many societies, even enlightened ones. Discussion, education, mutual support, and the education of men is vital. The medical profession, mostly male dominated, does not help by routinely prescribing HRT even before discussing diet, hydration, and exercise.
