Ugh! We’re in the muddy slush, iced over part now, and I’m ready for it to be over and done. Lol. More is expected Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We’ll see. Lol.

Here in Jamaica I have memories of the snow… playing in it as a kid in England… driving through it as as an adult in the States… but even better… looking at it through the window with a blazing fire warming my bones… hot cider cradled in my hand… and the warmth of music in my ears…!

Haha. I don’t mind the cold at all, as long as I bundle up and stay layered, and don’t have to be out in it long. I’m thankful for that. Snow is indeed messy, though.

I love and hate it, last year upon shoveling out my car from a significant dump, I slipped on a patch of ice with shovel full of snow in hand and royally fucked up my left side 😕
