Yes and no! One was a blog I kept about myself and the goings-on of my dog as well. It was pretty much a regularly updated blog about the life of a single woman and her dog. Jernee, my dog, typically stole the show, though. Lol. The others were pretty much the same as A Cornered Gurl; my poetry, fiction, photos, and nonfiction works as well. For some reason, A Cornered Gurl just feels so much more like HOME.

Sure! With “A Cornered Gurl”, that was easy to come up with–I’d always felt kind of cornered, being bisexual and in the closet for so long. Yet, I also felt as though, no one else could put me in a corner other than myself and once I realized this, I made it a theme. I’m a cornered gurl who breaks out of, escapes from corners, so to speak. I hope this makes sense. ☺️
