Indeed, powerful…. we women were always taught to blame ourselves. Especially back in my day.

I think I am still deeply conditioned with what she says, still carrying traces of guilt, shame of all of said by her.

I’m sure many of us women have pieces of guilt and shame within us for what we were told and how we were raised regarding boys and men.
“When we know better, we do better.” I wish our elders and parents understood that above statement way more back then.
