Injured
But
Restored.
Age is creeping up on me
Fervently devoted to reminding
Me that mortality
And all its counterparts
Are HELL on EARTH.
We
Suffer
To
Live.

I do lovethe last line, it’s “upsiding down” the old saying “we live to suffer”, and I actually agree with your perspective: we suffer to live… and I’d add… sometimes that suffering comes from and is meant to an inside issue that claims to be solved…

Sorry to hear about your back, trE. Empathizing, as I’ve had chronic back pain for 20 years and also swear by arnica! Both the cream and the sublingual tablets.

You sweet Lady! I hope You feel better soon. It’s SOOO very odd, aging. Isn’t it? Can’t seem to wrap my brain around it. A comedy of, “Oh….seriously?!!! What now?” And God knows everybody has a favorite remedy they love to share. Mine is arnica. Officially Arnica Montana. It’s brilliant. It comes in creams and in homeopathic pill form. I do a double whammy when I’m hurting. Herbal but super powerful. Sending You hugs and wishes for a miraculous quality of ease for Your healing!!! 🤗
